I Hate You (Like I Love You) was the longest of the six songs from Delhi Belly on this blog – it was five
minutes and 50 seconds long.
It earned Shazneen Arethna and Akshat Verma nominations in the Upcoming Female Vocalist of the Year and the Upcoming Lyricist of the Year categories, respectively, at the fourth Mirchi Music Awards.
Arethna was joined behind the microphone by Keerthi Sagathia, Sona Mohapatra and Aamir Khan (who made a guest appearance as Disco Fighter in the song).
Ram Sampath, who composed it, was credited as the other lyricist.
