Deewani Mastani was the longest of the five songs from Bajirao Mastani on this blog – it was
five minutes and 40 seconds long.
It was, in fact, the longest song in the film.
It kicked off with a Marathi portion, credited to Ganesh Chandanshive, who was one of the two main singers. The other was Shreya, whose rendition, as (Ghosh)always, was top-notch.
Altamash Faridi, Farhan Sabri and Mujtaba Aziz Naza were credited as the backing vocalists on this number as well.
Siddharth-Garima penned the track, which was composed by none other than Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
