I’ve used the word rework, instead of recreation, for Tumhe Apna Banane Ka, from Hate Story 3.
That was because though the essence of Tumhe Apna Banane Ki, from Sadak (1991)*, was retained, it sounded remarkably fresh.
In a nutshell, it was a job well done.
The lyricist, Rashmi Virag, and the composer, Amaal Malik, deserved the credit for that.
Armaan Malik and Neeti Mohan rendered the track, which was five minutes and nine seconds long.
