Sadly, (Arij)it was a let-down

It would not be incorrect to state that Saanson Ko was disappointing.

However, it would be unfair to blame the Sing(h)er – the one and only Arijit – for that. In fact, he salvaged the track.

The only song from Zid (2014) on this blog, it was four minutes and 46 seconds long.

An attempt to translate the opening line of the track, which was penned by Shakeel Azmi and composed by Sharib and Toshi Sabri, would result in a hilarious line – Saanson ko jeena ka ishaara mil gaya means, “The breaths got a gesture to live”.
