It was sweet [and ori(Ne)ginal]

The list of recreations seems to be never-ending.

Amidst those was a track that was a refreshing change, because it wasn’t just melodious, but an original song too.

The song in question was Sweetheart.

It was the shorter of the two tracks from Kedarnath on this blog – it was three minutes and 32 seconds long. In fact, it was the shortest song in the film.

Penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, the Amit Trivedi composition was rendered by Dev Negi.

It wouldn’t be incorrect to state that it was one of the most underrated songs of 2018.
