It lent the (Roy)album variety

Gully Boy wasn’t (Roy)all about rap, as evidenced by the melodious Jahaan Tu Chala, which wasn’t just composed, but also rendered by Jasleen Kaur.

It was just two minutes and 20 seconds long.

The track, which Aditya Sharma penned, was directed at introverts (with lines such as, “Tu khol de sab raaz raaz” and “Kuch toh hansi ko de jagah”).

But its opening line – which went, “Kehta kuch aur karta kuch aur” – was probably a subtle dig at our politicos. It could be translated to, “What you say and what you do aren’t the same”.
